What’s Covered
This warranty covers any failure or damage resulting from:

If a covered issue arises, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or system at no cost to the original purchaser.

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Operator error or misuse
  
• Improper installation or modification
  
• Neglect, abuse, or lack of maintenance
  
• Freezing, chemical damage, or environmental exposure outside normal use
  
• Normal wear and tear (including filters, resin, and consumables)
  

Warranty Terms

• Proof of purchase is required
  
• Customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims

Additional Terms & Conditions

This warranty is void if the system has been modified in any way from its original configuration.

Customers may submit warranty claims to request replacement parts, including components not sold individually on our website. However, the cost of these parts will not be covered unless the issue is determined to fall within the terms of this warranty (defects in materials or workmanship under normal use).
