Where are the RNSE systems manufactured?

100% of all RNSE systems are welded and assembled here in the USA with globally sourced parts.

How often should I change the filters on my RNSE system?

As a general rule of thumb, here is how often you should change the filters on your RNSE system:

  • Reverse Osmosis Membrane, 1-2 years
  • DI Resin, TDS creeps above 10
  • Pre-Filter, 1-2 months or with noticable browning

What is the GPM for your systems?

At a controled pressure of 50 PSI:

  • RNSE: 0.5 - 1 GPM
  • RNSE+: 1 - 1.75 GPM

Who is your filter supplier?

All of our filters are sourced from Hydronix, a southern California based company that specializes in water filtration. They do not sell direct to consumer, so the best place to purchase replacement filters is on our website here.

What do I do if I never receive my order?

If you have still not received your order after 30+ days, please fill out our contact form or email us at: info@zindowspurewater.com, so that we can resolve any issue.

Which carrier do you use?

We ship through UPS and USPS.

Are there additional fees/taxes on orders?

There are no additional fees charged on your order, unless you are ordering from California. In that case you will pay sales tax as Zindows Pure Water Solutions has physical nexus in that state.
